Since we have this fancy new website and all, we now need to dress it up a bit! Since all of us love to be out in the field, how about send in some of your favorite field photos? These images will be put on the website AND a few good ones will be framed and sold for auction at the 2017 FGIM meeting.
The money from the auction goes towards the Forum and the Bates Scholarship fund. All the little bits help!

What quality must the photos have?, I mean how many dpi, any physical size so that if eventually printed will be better for you?

Good question! Thank you for bringing that up.
We will most likely print out one of the following sizes depending on the quality of the photo:
4 x 6 – 1200 x 1800 pixels
5 x 7 – 1500 x 2100 pixels
8 x 8 – 2400 x 2400 pixels
From what I understand, 200 – 300 ppi and in JPG form should be sufficient. I am no good photographer/photo printer, but I will do my best to work with what we are given and get some good prints for the auction.
